Is it possible to change the speedo back to Kim's/hr from mph/hr and if so how does one do it

Yes it is. The method to do this depends on how it was converted to MPH

If it has an in-line converter to change the speed then that just needs to be disconnected. You may need to remove the masking of the KPH key on the dial itself, usually this has been changed or overlaid with MPH.

If the dial has been replaced with a MPH dial then you simply need to fit an orignal KPH dial.
