Anyone fitted, at grill level, a set of spotlights to the front of the Sport?

If so what did you fit them to, or did you drill through the bumper?

I want to fit a set of 2 but i aint drilling through bumper, any suggestions please? What about size?

Hi Lenny

I went through the same questions as you earlier - see post http://www.pocuk.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=87291

as you can see from my avatar and the pics in myphotoalbum I eventually fixed them direct to the bumper and it was quite an easy job with a nice neat and secure finish.

Theres a steel stiffener behind the plastic so you need to pack out the space between the two after you have drilled through both to avoid distorting the plastic. you can reach the bolt to fit the nut and washers from beneath the truck without taking anything else off.

I did a full description on here somewhere but cant find that just now. Let me know if you want any more details or any more pics and I'll sort something out...

good luck
