Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm

"Why so cheap? To keep costs down there is no retail packaging included, the device is supplied in the basic sealed bag with instructions, also we buy in very large quantities direct from the manufacturer which means more savings can be passed on to our customers."

If you're buying something in "very large quantities", the retail packaging will cost about 10p per unit.  Which would obviously push the purchase price into the "much too expensive" range.  Idiots.  I'd steer clear.

These devices simply add a resistor to the airflow sensor. The ECU then calculates that the air is colder than it actually is. Cold air is denser, so the engine ECU adds more fuel per charge.

This alone is unlikely to increase the power, but will probably reduce mpg. Increasing the fuel/air ratio can cause problems too.
