Hi all i am after some advice my shogun lwb 3.0 V6 mk2 has decided to run a bit rough, it starts up but misfires when warming up then when driving at 2000 rpm feels like it has a fuel diffidently. one minute it will go when you accelerate then cough and splutter then has power. Could this be a fuel system issue or pistons because i have looked for black smoke which there is none. When the engine is warm it ticks over OK until you accelerate has a bit of a sputter then powers up.

Any advice would be most grateful
