3.2 auto box problems

Hello everyone I’m new on here so thank you in advance.
My problem is with a 2005 3.2 did auto shogun, since buying it 3 weeks ago the centre diff light has been flashing so that’s the first fault, but the main problem is on odd occasions and only when driving forward or reverse from a standstill (it was even worse on a slight incline) there’s a bit of noise as it’s taking up drive and the traction control light flashes with every judder of what seems to be cogs engaging!! The gearbox goes through the gears lovely once moving.
Any thoughts on this? Any help would be much appreciated
