Hi
It is currently rev jumping at high speeds 50, 60 etc so need that looking at, also maybe egr valve clean along with maybe inlet manifold clean. Plus a few other items. Want to give it some Tlc after neglect.

Tricky, as with the manifold and EGR I'd opt for cleaning them out myself and possibly try an EGR blank to see where that leaves the rev issue. If its looking like a fuel pump job that's where I'd be most concerned about leaving it with a garage as you don't always get the TLC you were hoping for. Sorry that's not exactly the answer you wanted I'm NW but don't know anyone near Chester and I tackle most things myself (apart from the fuel pump). Some of the facebook groups can be useful for local contacts.
