Look for a sticker with R134a if it hasnt got one I would assume it was R12. But get an ac engineer to check.

How old is your Paj ??

If it's pre 1993, then odds are that it's R12, unless it's been retro-fitted / upgraded to R124

See my long posting on the other aircon string for details of a DIY solution

R12 = screw on service ports
R134 = push fit service ports
I paj was reg new 1/9/93 and is R134
