Hi all,
we are in the process of moving lock, stock and barrel to Finland and want to take the Pajero with us (have you seen the prices of used cars there?), in order to make the whole process easier the Finnish MOT requires a CoC, but I assume that I can't get a full CoC (as seems to be the case of all the guys who have moved to France). Question, can I get a CoC here in the UK from Mitsi before we move? Finns love paperwork and generally will not tell you where to get the required paperwork from so I'm trying to solve the headache before it starts.
