I know its only somthing simple , but its bugging me.
During the week I disconected the batteries to remove the alternator (2 hour job) and now the compass just flashes from side to side , have pressed the set button but this just makes the vertical bars flash from side to side . Does anyone Know how to reset it or is it now Knackered.
I know we must order the owners manual. Rolling Eyes

in an open level area slowiy drive the vehicle in a circle to automatically reset the compass
if a 360 turn is not possible because of your surroundings do the turn in 4 points

What a cracking site, have had the same problem but left it, thinking I must sort it out later
Then the next time I looked it was allways working O.K, never knew why until now.
