Hello all,
I have a 2005 shogun sport warrior which has got a leak which when investigated is coming from the power steering box, can any of you tell me if they have changed this there self and how long it takes?? I have also herd that there maybe problems with the bolts getting seized, can anyone recommend any dealer in Scotland near Glasgow that carry's out repairs and roughly how much???

Thanks
Rob

Took me about 4 hrs. Bought a set of seals from Milners.

If your doing it yourself you'll need a two leg puller. Find a manual and follow it (got mine from the bay for £3.99)

I too have a leaking steering box. I replaced the seals last year using Milners seals. however they seem to be leaking again one year on! Perhaps I never done the job right but I'm just going to replace the box this time round.
When I done the job the first time round it took me about 4 hrs. I don't expect to be anywhere near that this time.
