Crying or Very sad Rear speakers are a chuffin pain, you have to take out the 3rd row seats 5 screws 4 bolts , second row seatbelt anchors, youll probably end up breaking the plastic panel retainers as you have to pull the side trim into the vehicle.

on the plus side my paj accepted kenwood 6x9" no problem.
It had smaller speakers mounted in a 6X9 adaptor plate as standard,
Oh and be carefull around the accessorie socket as the wire on the back is a tad short and can fall down into a cavity without you noticing its gone!

Shocked found out the front speakers are common negative to the head unit, so thats why my kenwood head unit pre amp chip went up in a puff of smoke... anyone know where I may get it fixed, its a KRC-910
old but damn good by even todays standard, (when it works)
As I imported the unit from the USA i dont fancy posting it back for repair my local car audio specialists say "the radio wont work here anyway" so they dont know this unit anyhow, last six years it has played perfectly till it encountered the paj! then poof! Crying or Very sad

moral to my story. check your wiring with a multimeter, I have a paj wiring schematic now and that shows all speakers with common negative! high power head unit killer! Evil or Very Mad
