2005 Mits Triton Oil on spark plugs/ leads covered in oil

Hi all. Im new to the forum.

Ive got a 2005 Mitsubishi Triton/ L200 3.0 v6. The engine has recently been running very rough. Ive managed to take get to the spark plugs which were buried half way down the engine. The spark plugs are full of oil and the spark plug reservoir is is coated in oil. Ive read that the o rings might need to be replaced. Any pointers on how to get to them?
