Garage said ok to this COOLANT?

Hello all
Have been told BY THE GARAGE, that as long as THEY completely flush the system,,you can use a NORMAL coolant,, as opposed to the NON OAT ,is this correct??
I have always been lead to believe that I use the NON OAT no matter what?
Should I ring the garage or will it be ok?
It’s a 4d56 2.5Tdi 92 mk2,V 24.
I don’t want it to go back to garage in a few weeks for this if I can sort it ASAP!

Colour is only dye and you can dye coolant any colour.

Check the specifications for your vehicle and stick with it.
