Hi i have recently inherited a 1991 lwb pajero, my question  is my lights in the ON POSTION only the front low beam comes ON.HIGH BEAM DOES WORK AND IS ILLUMINATED WHEN ACTIVATED, BUT NO REAR ILLUMINATED. Switch to side lights the front come on for about 2 sec then blow a fuse. I removed the rear chrome lights and have found a nest of wires, 3 wires that are not connect grey cut no wire on show, blue wire bear wire  And green that is half spliced. I know this is my problem how ever Brake lights indicators work. Any idea of the wire colours or a diagram.

Cheers

Don't trust colours or diagrams - the Mitsubishi wiring diagrams actually carry a warning not to trust pin numbers for connector for example!

Use a multimeter to test when each wire is live as you (or a helper) operate the light controls - don't forget to ensure the fuses are all good before starting those tests!
