Hi all,

My aircon has stopped being nice and cool and I think it needs a regas. Will a 93 still be on R12? I've tried to find the valves to check the type but cannot see them. I can find the sight glass under the intercooler, where are the valves!

I'll have a look. I did find a sticker next to the sight glass. It was a long number, then a hiphen, ending with 8134. It was definately an "8" not an "R" in the numbe.

Is this a coincidence or does then 134 relate to R134a gas? Anyone else got this sticker? I can't find any others under the bonnet.

I have a 9/93 swb and it is R134 there is a sticker on the inside of the bonnet

sorry to hi-jack this thread,

but if there is no screw thread next to the sight glass, what does that mean?
