I eventually got fed up not being able to fix the constantly running air con fan, so I called a chap as recommended by my garage. Up he pitched at 12 o'clock yesterday. We turned the blasted thing inside out trying to fix it. We even swapped bits with the wife's Paj as checks !

We checked;- air con pressure etc
fuses + relays
all associated wiring
all sensors

Every thing we could possibly think of !!!! Came to the conclusion that the green/white wire went to the climate control module. I took it out,( the module ) unplugged it and plugged it back in again. Blow me... it's fixed. must have been a loose connection !!!

So there you go, if you have this problem, check this first. It will save you 2 1/2 hrs of skint knuckles and head scratching !!

You got a piccy or details where the module is would be very helpful

It's only the climate control unit above the stereo, not some hidden gizmo under the dash.
