Loud screaming followed by clouds of smoke belching out from under my bonnet. Looks like my air con pump has given up. I have read a previous thread replied to by "aircon man" who suggests pretty much a full rebuild.
I will give him a phone first thing tomorrow to see what he has to say.
I live way up in Scotland, and yes we do sometimes need a/c up here.
Does anyone know of a good guy nearer to me, rather than sending off my pump to the other end of the country??
And the magic question, how much is this all going to cost???

Iam in Glasgow and do aircon but to be honest if I need a pump recon I have to send them south I do not know of any company in Scotland that do them I think the last shogun (1999 model) I done The comp was about £300 exchange
