Just going through a few teething problems with my new Paj Shocked

When I turn on my lights the dash and CD, Radio all have a red back light that illuminates the controls but the Air Con unit does not light up (it does however show the green lights on the switches) but you cannot read temprerature etc. Should it light up, if it should any idea why it is not lighting up?

It will need a new bulb it should light up all time it is switched on
