To save much of the trouble we encountered this year, would it be possible for members to contact the site and confirm they would accept a group bookin of approx 50 with electric. And make sure they welcome 4x4 clubs. PRIOR to posting a link.
One quick call will help the organisers for next year immensly.

I know, I posted it in the 2008 section
For any other numpties out there I can clarify this request is for 2008 sites.
The idea is, if you have a site preference, please make sure they want us before putting them in the mix as this years organisers (2007) spent alot of time phoning sites that would not take us!!
