Me Paj has now gone, took away on a recovery lorry today.
Me old mate Mr GAZZIZZ has taken it away so that he can take a look at me head/gasket problem.

Right Lee, i got stuck in as soon as i got it back here, 3 hours later the head is off mate, Im gonna take it to the head center on Monday and we will know the worst, ive got my fingers crossed for ya Wink

There are lots of tell tale signs that the head has been off before, a couple of irregular sized nuts on manifolds and at least 5 head bolts were loose Shocked

the others wasnt tight either Shocked

How you have got away with it this long i dont know mate Rolling Eyes

Your EGR i would imagine is completely inoperative, completely caked, in a real bad way, gonna give it a soak in diesel tomorrow, as for injector number 4 the one that was leaking Shocked

lets just say you will saving a fortune on fuel in the future Wink

Hope its only the gasket Wink
