Stourport has again been chosen to hold the much acclaimed "chillin" weekend
Its going to be held over the weekend starting 28th March 2008
Judging by the response of last years do I have again booked Lickhill Caravan Park
Its a big site that can accomodate all our Pajavans and still have plenty of room for the marquee
http://www.lickhillmanor.co.uk/
As with last year its a weekend of "chillin", relaxing, catching up with old friends and indeed making new ones too!!!
I will sort out the evenings Bingo and quiz and teasure hunt for the kids, but it is mainly a time to "chill" and relax
There's plenty to do around Stourport and West Midlands Safari Parks not too far away for the ones that want to do a bit more
A trip over to Coney Green Offroad Site is planned for the Saturday, we did this site last year and its a cracker. Its got everthing from gentle slopes for the inexperienced to more demanding woodland terrain, and its only 10 mins from the caravan site too
March last year was a red hot month weather wise but it will get cool at night so make sure you bring a portable heater etc for when we are supping in the marquee
The price is £12 per night inc EHU, you can stay as many night as you want, but I do need names fairly soon as Lickhill need FULL PAYMENT by 14 March 2008
Along with the payment I am also asking for a £5 donation towards club funds. I feel this is not too much to ask to keep this great club running smoothly . I know through the help I have had with my Paj I've saved myself a small fortune
All payments are via me please by PayPal jjfarr@aol.com or via cheque.
If you are paying through paypal please add an extra 60p to cover their costs and put in a message WHO its from and if by cheque send me a PM and i'll give you my address
NO PAYMENTS IN KIND
so come along to what could well be the first weekender of the year, lets chill over some beers and a BBQ and have a good chinwag
