shogun 2008 multi communication system not working

hi,
im haveing problems with my system no radio, cd,sat nav nothing only thing that works is reversing camera, i have only owned car  2 weeks bought with this issue was assured it only needed reseting put cd in and comes on screen saying error cant read or wrong disc.
any help with this would be great Crying or Very sad
