Yep you can definitely put Earthmover and Nina down for the BBQ food,
I'll have a look in the pound shop to see if they have disposable crockery which I'm pretty sure they or Sainsbury's have.
OH I've got two 4 place fold up tables in the caravan, and will fetch 2 directors chairs and also two more fold up chairs. If someone volunteers to help me with my awning (never even taken it out of the bag yet) I'm sure we can get other things sorted.

Tony has shown me how to erect every awning I've had, top chap
