Tixover Quarry
This site has been provisionally booked for Saturday 23rd May 2009 @ a cost of around £300  for our sole use to anyone who is interested in participating....So we would anticipate the cost being around £25 per vehicle for 12 club members but dropping considerably if we can get in excess of 20

Details of the site can be found here..... http://www.protrax.co.uk/

Pro-Trax’s main 4x4 training site’s are Tixover off-road centre set in the lovely rolling countryside of the Northants and Leicestershire border close to Stamford, Corby, Leicester and Peterborough with the A1 only 2 miles from the centre
The Tixover site is widely renowned to be one of the UK’s leading off-road sites, with impressive terrain such as steep hills and descents, technical training sections, visual displays, mud and water, differing terrain, side slopes and wading sections! The site has everything to suit all requirements

The site is between Stamford and Corby and is around 1/2 hour drive from Billing Aquadrome

[b]ANYONE WISHING TO BRING A OFF-ROADER ON A TRAILER THE QUARRY IS ONLY ACCESSIBLE VIA GREEN LANES/UNSURFACED ROADS AND THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED WILL BE 25 VEHICLES

This activity would need payment in full 7 days prior to the event
